Afternoon Yoga TODAY

Join us today at 4:00 to unwind from your day.  The simplest way to "get out of your head" is by breathing and moving.  Sounds easy, right?  That's vinyasa yoga!  We focus on moving our bodies at the same rate as our breath.  We'll breath, move, sweat, stretch and take rest.  You'll leave feeling like you could float home...ahhh...
